Building Boldr Media a private analytics platform that captures every campaign's performance and prices creators on proven reach.
Project Overview
A system of record for an agency's entire influencer operation
Boldr Media is an influencer marketing agency that runs campaigns for cafes, Gen-Z brands, and other consumer businesses targeting younger audiences. Their business depends on two things: matching the right creators to each brand, and proving those creators actually deliver. Eleven Softwares built the private, agency-only platform that now underpins both, centralizing roster management, campaign performance data, and creator analytics in a single system.
The Challenge
Campaign performance data that vanished after every deal
Boldr had no persistent record of how its campaigns performed. When a creator published a video for a client, the metrics lived only in that creator's account, and once the campaign closed that performance history was effectively lost. Without a durable data model tying results back to each influencer and each campaign, the agency could not measure which creators consistently delivered or which content formats actually drove views.
That missing data layer had a direct commercial cost. With no hard numbers on the reach a creator brings, pricing was negotiated against follower counts and self-reported figures that routinely overstate real performance, so Boldr paid for promised reach rather than proven reach. Vetting a new creator was equally manual, requiring someone to pull and read each profile by hand, one at a time.
What We Built
A performance database that turns every campaign into pricing leverage
Eleven Softwares built a private platform that runs Boldr's influencer operation end to end. Each creator is onboarded once, and from then on every video they publish for a Boldr client is ingested and its performance is stored permanently against both the influencer and the originating campaign, building a durable performance history the agency previously had no way to keep.
The platform enriches each creator's record by pulling their public profile through a third-party scraping API, assembling a complete, up-to-date profile automatically instead of by hand. On top of this data, an analytics layer surfaces which influencers perform best and which content formats earn the most views, and quantifies the reach a creator realistically delivers. That reach figure feeds directly into negotiation, letting Boldr price deals against measured performance rather than inflated follower counts.
- Single onboarding per creator, tracked across every client and campaign
- Automated ingestion and permanent storage of each published video's performance
- Automated profile enrichment via a third-party scraping API
- Analytics across influencers, campaigns, and content formats
- Reach quantification that drives data-backed price negotiation
- Private, agency-only access

The Outcome
Campaign performance is now captured automatically and retained permanently, giving Boldr a compounding data asset it never had before.
Creator pricing is negotiated against measured, proven reach instead of follower counts or self-reported numbers, protecting margin on every deal.
Top-performing creators and content formats are identified from data rather than gut feel, sharpening which creators get matched to which brands.
New creators are vetted from an automatically enriched profile, removing hours of manual, per-creator research.
All roster, campaign, and performance data lives in one private platform, giving the agency a single source of truth.
