Migrating Wokaholic to a cloud POS as it scaled from one branch to three, while growing its brand across Instagram and TikTok.

Project Overview

A fast-growing Islamabad café outgrowing its local POS

Wokaholic is an Islamabad-based café serving Chinese food, growing quickly from a single location to three branches. That growth exposed the limits of the local, non-cloud POS the café had started on, and it raised the stakes on building a consistent brand presence to keep new customers coming through the door. Eleven Softwares partnered with Wokaholic on both fronts: handling its migration to a modern cloud POS, and running its social media production and marketing across Instagram and TikTok.

The Challenge

A local POS and a growing brand, both straining under expansion

The café had been running on a local, non-cloud POS, fine for a single location but a poor fit for a business opening new branches. With data trapped on-premise, there was no unified view across locations and none of the reporting a multi-branch operation needs to stay on top of sales. Moving to a modern cloud POS was necessary, but the migration itself was the risk: the existing data had to move across without loss, and the old system's records did not line up cleanly with what the new platform required.

At the same time, scaling from one café to three meant Wokaholic needed a brand presence to match. Filling three locations depends on staying visible and appealing to a young, social-first audience, which calls for a steady stream of quality content and marketing that most kitchens are not set up to produce on their own.

What We Built

A clean POS migration, plus an ongoing content engine

Eleven Softwares facilitated Wokaholic's move to BlinqMe, a cloud POS that adds a mobile app and built-in Meta ads reporting. The team handled the transition end to end: extracting the data from the old local system, cleaning and restructuring it to meet the new POS's requirements, and loading it into BlinqMe so the café could switch over without losing its history or stalling operations across branches.

Alongside the migration, Eleven runs Wokaholic's social media production as an ongoing engagement, shooting content on location, editing it, and marketing it across Instagram and TikTok. That work spans both social media marketing and influencer marketing, pairing the café's own content with local creator partnerships to reach a wider audience as it grows.
